Gene
Ferguson has been a sales Representative with Pine
Meadows since its opening in 1992 and was
instrumental in selling the 195 new homes in the
project. After the development was complete Gene
continued as our sales representative selling the
resale homes at Pine Meadows and has been with us
for 17 years. As a life long resident of the
Belwood area and home owner at Pine Meadows Gene
has a wealth of knowledge about the community and
local area including the historic towns of Belwood,
Fergus and Elora.
Lorna
Hutchison worked for Pine Meadows as a sales
representative since ground breaking in April 1992
until the community sold out. She returned to us
in 2007 after completing work on another project,
to sell our resale homes. Lorna has over 15 years
experience selling homes and in depth knowledge of
Pine Meadows. Lorna and her husband are local
residents and own a farm just minutes from Pine
Meadows. Lorna will be happy to share her
experience of living in a rural community and the
fulfilling lifestyle it has to offer you.
